Casa da Estefânea is newly opened and was purchased in 2016 and totally restored. It maintains the original design and is adapted to the taste and contemporary equipment. The property has a very central location, close to traditional commerce, pedestrian zones with cafes, pastry shops, restaurants and terraces, services and transport.

Privileged situation near the Tramway Museum that takes you on an old trip to Praia das Maçãs on one of the oldest trams in the country. In the vicinity of the Olga Cadaval Cultural Center, former Casino de Sintra and then Cine-Teatro Carlos Manuel, dating from 1945 and strongly rooted in the collective memory of the municipality, currently hosting the MUSA Exhibition Center and one of the best centers of shows of national quality.
