Rose the first floor apartment (50 m2 // up to 4 people) has a small entrance hall with dining table, living room with complete kitchen (17 m2) and balcony. The double bedroom has a queen size box spring bed (160) of excellent quality, there are also two single bedrooms with also box spring beds.
The beds are of course made upon arrival.
The complete kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher (including dishwasher tablets), electric heat oven, 4-burner induction electric hob, hot water kettle, Nespresso machine with Nespresso cups, toaster, filled spice rack, pans, kitchen utensils, cutlery, tableware and kitchen towels.
The bathroom has an Italian walk-in shower, closet, washbasin furniture, mirror, shaving mirror, blowdryer and towel radiator. There are nice towels. Rituals body cream & shower gel available.
The entrance of the apartment is in its own garden with a large sunny terrace with umbrella and privacy. In addition to the large dining table with chairs, there are also relax sun loungers.
In the garden there is a private parking with a surfers shower and electric charging point for cars. There is also the communal garage with washing machine (including detergent), dryer, steam iron, wide ironing board, extra fridge and the rack for the surf boards.
And if some raindrops fall, there is an umbrella available.
